SHIPPING & TRACKING VIA USPS
While the holiday season is a very busy one for the postal service, this year is exceptionally busy.
This month, there has been a huge increase in:
* Missing or unreliable tracking information
* Packages being delivered after their expected delivery date.
The USPS customer service is no longer processing missing mail inquiries until the package has been in the system for longer than 4 weeks.
If your package from Yarn Love is missing tracking or is slow - please be patient. Most are arriving a few days later than expected & with missing or inaccurate tracking. If your package has not been delivered for 4 weeks, email me using the Contact Link at the bottom of any page here at Yarn Love.
In order to provide the best customer service to all my customers, I am unable to provide additional tracking information or shipping updates on any package shipped from the studio until the 4 week threshold has passed.
I continue to offer shipping via UPS and DHL (for delivery outside the USA) - you may always choose these upgraded shipping options for any purchase.
