Refund policy

I will happily offer you a refund on the purchase price of your yarn within 60 days of purchase if there is a manufacturing defect. Defects include: more than 2 (per skein): knots, mis-spun or incorrectly plied areas, weak or under-spun areas or another defect which causes you to be unable to use your yarn.

While manufacturing defects are rare, they do occasionally happen and I want you to be delighted with your yarn. Please email me directly to set up a replacement or refund.

I am unable to process refunds for:

  • Tangling due to improper winding
  • Color matching issues
  • Dye lot differences
  • Yarn purchased on sale

Return or Exchange

I understand that sometimes a skein doesn't work out. I offer returns for products in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please contact me to set up your return. 

Returns Must:

  • Be in original condition
  • Free of pet hair, smoke & other odors, free of dirt
  • If a skein is wound, it may not be returned
