FREE SHIPPING:
$60 within the United States
$150 to Canada
$210 Worldwide

UNITED STATES:
Choose your favorite shipping option at checkout: USPS First Class (up to 2 skeins), USPS Priority, or UPS ground. All packages come with tracking.

CANADA & WORLDWIDE:
USPS International First Class with tracking is available for all orders. This is the most economical shipping option.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:
I provide a tracking number to you when your package ships. The most expedient way to get updated information or ask for redelivery is to use your tracking number at the USPS website: www.usps.com

Please note that the USPS does not consider packages delayed until 5 weeks from the posting date. Until that time has passed, I cannot submit a lost package claim. You may be able to submit a lost package claim earlier.

A lack or gap in tracking information doesn't necessarily mean your package is delayed or lost.

If your package arrives damaged, please submit a claim to the USPS and email me. I'll do my best to provide the needed information for your claim.

If your package is lost, please submit a claim to the USPS, and email me. Again, I'll do my best to support your claim and get your package replaced.

International packages may be delayed by custom processing for several weeks. During this time, I do not have the ability to track or expedite delivery. Customs processing is often slow during peak shipping seasons.
